A wedding planner is a professional whose training and expertise will help couples with the planning, organization, and management of their wedding. We oversee the logistical elements of planning a wedding making it manageable and less overwhelming for the couple. We want the wedding planning process to be smooth, easy and fun for you!

We offer our couples different levels of wedding planning services: Wedding Consulting, Wedding Day Management (which is both day of and month of), Partial Wedding Planning,and Full Wedding Planning. All of these services can be customized to fit your desired level of service.

We love weddings and are happy to plan: Civil, Cultural, Religious, Non-Religious, Eco-Friendly, Micro, Intimate, Elopements and Destination Weddings in Toronto.

YES! Love is love. We firmly believe in marriage equality and nothing would make us happier than to help you make your day fabulous!
WILL YOU WORK WITH VENDORS WE’VE ALREADY FOUND, OR VENDORS WE REALLY WANT TO WORK WITH?
Yes, we will! We know some of the best wedding pros in the GTA, so we do provide recommendations if you need them. Since we have experience and good relationships with these professionals, we can guarantee the quality of their work. However, if you have found the florist or photographer of your dreams, we’ll gladly work with them.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?
A professional wedding planner is a true investment on your wedding day--one that will save you time, energy and ultimately, money. Our goal is to give you an impeccable experience at the best value for your money.,Our prices are competitive with other experienced wedding planners in the GTA. We realize that each couple’s needs, ideas, and personalities are different. We customize a flat fee per wedding tailored to each couple, based upon the services that are required of us.
WON’T A WEDDING PLANNER WANT TO TAKE OVER MY WEDDING AND RUN THE WHOLE SHOW?
We work with our couples to handle only as much or as little of the wedding planning as you want. It is your wedding and we are here to help and support you so that your wedding day is as perfect as possible. You will always make all of the ultimate decisions. Your wedding should be a reflection of your own personal style and your love story.
I AM ALREADY WORKING WITH MY VENUE COORDINATOR WHY DO I NEED A WEDDING PLANNER AS WELL?
This is a question we get asked alot! A Venue Coordinator oversees the wedding details that are directly related to the venue and works as a liaison between the couple and wedding venue only. As the Wedding Planner, we will confirm your vendors, create the wedding day timeline, assist you with your rehearsal, oversee the vendors on your wedding day, and make sure all of the wedding day’s events go according to plan. The services of a Wedding Planner will supplement the services offered by your Venue Coordinator and other Vendors.
WHAT IF I HAVE ALREADY DONE ALL OF THE PLANNING, CAN YOU STILL HELP ME?
Yes! That's just what our Wedding Day Management service is designed for. We will coordinate with your selected vendors, develop and maintain your Wedding Day Timeline, assist you in running your wedding rehearsal, and be there for your ceremony and reception to make sure everything goes as planned.
WE WANT TO DO ALL OF THE WEDDING PLANNING OURSELVES, BUT DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START, CAN YOU HELP US?
Yes, we can! Our Wedding Consulting services is an hourly consultation service that will provide you with expert tips and advice on all things weddings: creative concept, budget analysis, venue consulting, vendor referrals, contract review, ideas, design and styling,traditions, etiquette, support and so much more.
HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
We recommend booking our Full Wedding Planning services 6-12 months ahead of your wedding date, but less notice is possible to accommodate Partial Wedding Planning services as long as your event date is available. Wedding Day Management services should be booked 6 to 8 weeks in advance, but 1 month in advance is also possible.
I AM PLANNING A DESTINATION WEDDING IN TORONTO, BUT I LIVE ELSEWHERE, CAN YOU HELP?
Yes! If you live in another city, province or country, we can definitely help you plan a Toronto wedding!
DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS OR KICKBACKS FROM OTHER VENDORS?
NO. We do not acceptany commissions or kickbacks from vendors and will only refer qualified, reputable vendors who will best suit your needs, style, and budget. Any commissions offered by the vendors, will be happily passed on to our couples in the form of additional savings.
WHAT ELSE DO WE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOU AND YOUR COMPANY?
We only take a limited number of weddings per year so that we can give each of our couples the time and attention they deserve.
Enchanted Ever After Weddings & Events carries an Ontario business license and $1,000,000 in general liability insurance.
We also offer Social Event Planning services. Are you planning an engagement party, a bridal shower, a special birthday, a religious celebration, or any event you want to celebrate, we’ve got you covered and will help you plan a soiree your guests will remember!
